Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Saint Panther, operated by Saint Panther LTD, Unit 3L, Wellington Road, Liverpool, L15 4JH, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@saintpanther.com.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order or, for made-to-order items, when we confirm that production has started. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available, in which case we will refund you in full.

2. Our products

Many of our items are handmade, hand-finished or pre-loved. Small variations in colour, finish and texture are part of their character. Pre-loved items are described as accurately as possible, including measurements and any signs of wear. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Cancellations and returns

Please see our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

7. Intellectual property

All images, designs and content on this website belong to Saint Panther and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
